Actual shipping costs and delivery times are shown in the shopping basket, based on the information below.
Delivery to the UK Mainland on a 6-10 working day service level is free of charge for orders over £42.55 (excluding VAT). Orders under £42.55 (excluding VAT) are charged at £5.99 (excluding VAT) per order.
RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
You may normally return your order for any reason (once accepted by us) within 7 days of delivery of the product. You must give us written notice within that 7 day period (via email). If you do cancel your contract within this period you will receive any payments made by you refunded via the source of payment within 30 working days (excluding any postage costs incurred by The Curtain Shed).
All cancelled items MUST be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and with all the original packing. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or to exchange your product. If the product is considered faulty by The Curtain Shed you will incur no return postage costs else the above conditions apply.
Our refund policy does not apply to made to measure products, altered ready made curtains and cut length fabrics unless they are deemed faulty by The Curtain Shed, where we will replace or rectify. This is due to the products' bespoke nature and our inability to resell.
